    Nice find. Check out member services in the SRP classifieds here. If those were mine I wouldn't pay a lot to 'restore' them as far as finish goes. They look like good solid shavers but bringing them back to mint condition would cost more than it would be worth to me. YMMV. A bit of Maas or Semichrome on a paper towel and have them honed to shave ready. I haven't heard of the 'fish' razors you mentioned.
    Be careful how you treat people on your way up, you may meet them again on your way back down.
