Yes but only if the price was right.
Expect to have to send it out a couple times
for honing so keep some bucks handy for
    that.

It is difficult to get a bargain on eBay....
I am convinced that folk get a better value
    from the classified here.

You also sound like a beginner so be sure
to look at the wiki here and the beginner advice.

A quality strop is an important purchase. Like the
razor you will use the strop each time you shave.
So not the cheapest or the most expensive. Something
middle of the road in price.

As for soap you can start with a ten dollar
boar brush and an assortment of shave soap or creams.
You will eventually want a quality badger brush
but that can be shopped for.

Again, look at the wiki here and the beginner advice.

Thank you, Tom, for information. Yes, I'm begginer. I started shaving with razor since a year, and, truly, till now, my knowledge about SR and all about shaving are 35-40%.
Well, I have a basic equipment for shaving, but, from seasoned vendors.
At the momment, I have SR - Griffon XX60, Ern. C Friedrich 5/8, Fanger 505 Solingen 4/8 and GD 208. From strops I have DOVO XL Solingen and Kanayama Cordovan strop 30k. Brushes.... 2 Badger and 2 Boar brush, AS OBR and shaving soap Proraso. From stones have Naniwas 1k, 3k, 8k and 10k.

I think, for beginner is really enough for now.... but, who knows, I just bidding for 5th SR on eBay. :-)

Just remember that having more straights wont make you better at using them

I know... my shaving technique is still really awful. :-) Every shave finished with cuts (chin, neck, lip ...). It seems henceforth better, I hope! :-)

    aeon... said it well.

A 100 razors will not make you shave 100x better.
    (I tried it).

    Lather with great energy!
Shave, strop and hone slowly and smoothly with precision.

Your part of the world has some great shave creams
and soaps so keep your eyes open.

As for razors shop with care. Do look in
the local second hand markets. There is nothing
like picking a razor up and inspecting it in person.
I will post a pix of the $20 find I made the other
    day.... a 7+/8 W&B.
