    Chicago, Illinois
    Trademarks used include: "OVB", "Our Very Best", "HibSpeBar", and "ReyONoc"
    Now known as True Value Hardware
    ca. 1855 - 1960

    No country of origin suggests pre-1890. Pictures may well help further identification from other members (and are always nice to look at anyway).
