Yep and some shave very well.
It looks like it might have some problems but
if you can work through them you could
have a fine shaver.
Clean the worst with a very fine 3M wet dry
paper for sanitary reasons then hone it up.
By honing it you will learn if the edge is sound
and then what you want to do next.
Have fun... I have given up tobacco so these
are now my favorite pipes.
