Thread: Revisor Recommendation

I too, was looking at Thiers-Issard and went with a new Revisor 5-0003 model. What a dream!! Mine was so sharp from the factory that even before stropping it would pop a hair anywhere along it's lenght. After stropping the hairs nearly fell away touching the edge. Shaving was THE best I've had, using Sheffield, Silver Steel, some other Solingen razors, a U.S. made Ramapo Co (which is extremely nice to shave with even though it's old), a Dovo Best Quality, even a Filarmonica 6/8. The Filarmonica was on loan from Troggie here at the site. We live close to each other. It provided an excellent shave, but you'd have to feel this Revisor to believe what I'm saying. Honest, it's that good!

They also come in Red and Green. Their 6/8 razors are Dynamite!! Have you seen them?
