The ladies Gillette is a good suggestion but don't get lost in the search for that exact model. The Gillette Super Speed is plentiful and will work well as will most all of the Gillette razors. Some are a bit more aggressive than other models but the type of blade will probably make more of a difference than the model. The same model Gillette will shave completely different with different make and model blades. I would say pick up a Super Speed or what ever model you find, spray it down with Scrubbing Bubbles. Pick up a sample pack of several brands of blades (google search) and find which one works best for your daughter. The local pharmacy or dollar store should have some to get the ball rolling but if she wants a good experience the DE sample packages available will help her fine tune the shave quality. Good luck.

I found my SuperSpeed to be a very mild shaver; easy to learn, easy to use, and gives a nice shave. I'd also say the same about my SuperSpeed adjustable. With both, I like Derby blades; the blades you choose can have a pretty pronounced effect on the shave.
