Thread: any examples of a razor using hex nuts instead of pins??

Bumping an old thread to ask about hex pins like the ones in the pics from Johnmrson. Where can these be obtained online and which model/size are they? I would like to get some of these.

Do you recall at the Toronto meet up Holi was mentioning another supplier for washers that were a different size than Microfasteners?
I have several of their small Hex head screws and nuts but they are actually hex head ... not round headed hex sockets.
If you can recall that company please post the name.

Here is one razor, both sides of the pins.

EPD has it: Fastener Express.

I'm still using Microfasteners. I like their customer service, so I went back for another order.

Scroll down to "adjustable pins"....there is a knifemaking supply company listed where you can purchase packs of the 2 Torx screws, and the 1/8" barrel you need to attach them

screw ---> Barrel <---screw

The barrel sits in the hole in the tang.
