Thanked: 46Somewhere between 1969(when I started straight shaving) and now I missed the train to collecting. While I obtained a lot of razors over the years, I never thought of myself as a collecter. Only in the last couple of years did I start to purchase razors for collection sake. I suppose that my dream razor is not just one razor, but a brand that I chose for every day use many years ago. That being JA Henckels. I have a good number of them in different sizes, grinds, and shapes. That being said, my favorite is a plain jane 5\8 full hollow spike. I would post pics, but I just bought my first digital camera two weeks ago and havn"t learned how to use it yet. Yep, you guessed it, I don"t have a cell phone either. Very Best Regards and Happy Shaving, wildhog

Well, I'm not really chomping at the bit for any particular razor however I'd sure like to find that DD Napoleon but I don't think that's gonna happen any time soon.

Thanked: 240Okay this was gonna be a secret until I had the money to have it done but as that is probably decades down the road, I guess I'll bite. I want a custom frameback with worked spine and 7 interchangeable damascus blades with the days of the week in latin (maybe italian) engraved on them. Scales to be done by shutterbug with a custom display case done by pdobson (don't worry I would use it daily just think something so nice should be on display the other 23 hrs of the day preferably with a light on it). Yeah I would trade all my razors for that right now and give up ever buying another.

I assure you that my dreams have nothing to do with razors.
I'd really like a filarmonica though.

The two I would love to have are an 8/8 Wade and Butcher and a 6/8 Wade and Butcher VR with pressed horn scales inscribed with the celebrated razor on one side and universally accepted on the other. I already have one of the VRs and want a matched pair.
