Congrats Glenn. I'm happy you finally got your hands on one of these beauties. I really love the results from mine and I would expect no less from yours.

That's a pretty nice razor. I'd love to have one waiting in my mailbox. You have to love the big blades.

We only want to verify that last 1/8". We're concerned about measurement methodology, instrument verification, possible vision aberrations, etc. Send it to the upstate NY razor center, JoeD and I will verify this specimen using his as a comparison. This may take some time, you understand, but I'm sure you see the necessity.

Not to worry brother, I will bring it to the next NW meet up where ever we might have it
Slight of hand/miss direction: have you inventoried your razors since Spokane? Something missing? Something purple?

As if I had the cojones. You would drive to my house for that razor.

I really love that style scales. I have 2 razors with them. The Wolfritz, and my Thistle. Both are 6/8 and not as "sharp" as yours. But I will try to get the edge up to snuff. maybe I just didnt have the skills yet when last I tried.

I have a W.H. Compton razor with the same exact scales as well.
