14/16 never heard of that specific fraction. Usually its 13/16 or 15/16. Basically these fall a little short of 7/8 and 8/8 respectively. Have a Filamonica Sub Cero singing SR. Great shaver. I did ask about those and the most hunted is EPBD, Sub Cero,...Have not tried the 2nd brand SR

I have a Filarmonica Subcero that hasnīt been used. It measures 8/8 exactly. I havenīt seen a Double Temple or a Barbas Duras bigger than 8/8 either.
My Subcero has some staining on the blade, and sadly it has a small chip on the edge. I have been agonizing over whether to "bread knife" the edge to
put an edge on it or just leave it as is. The edge grind of the Sub seems even finer than the Double Temple. Probably a Tenor as far as singing razors go
I also noticed that the older Double Temple razors weigh more than the newer ones. They have more heft but are the same size.

bread knifing is very drastic method to fix edges. You can start thread about your razor and you will get good advise on how to deal with the issue.
