    Unfortunately, we don't see eye to eye on customer service or quality which is why I went directly to Wacker.

    Order your knife from Randal, pay, and get in a 2 year waiting line before you get it.

    I assume there is a waiting list from this maker?

    In my experiance, quite a few older German firms are very slow on communication.
