    Looks like a restoration attempt to me. The blade faces have been sanded and the scales are a replacement. I have never seen a Torrey with 3 pin scales. The pins are modern nail style pins. My guess the razor dates 1920 -1930's.
    Nice the MOP is intact. Great shavers. I own 30 or so. You will not be disappointed in the shave if it is properly honed.
