I have both razors and the shave is fine with both. The bismark is a 6\8 razor and just a tad more difficult under the nose, but is really not a problem. if you like the pearlex you will like the bismark. IMHO the bismark is a great looking razor. Best, John

No real difference IMO, the blade you have is just fine, get it honed and ready to go.
