Thanked: 0hmmm, interesting, i have never seen a woman shave her legs with the grain and i could see it being rather difficult to do well. Usually they just seem to shave very quickly against the grain in big long lines. Would it be necessary for a woman to switch the way they shave and have a with the grain pass first? If so that might not be worth the trouble. hmm

Mornin! I have no idea either, but I intend to shave "with" the grain the first the few tries.
Over the course of the last year I have learned that Men and Women are as different as day and night in our shaving NEEDS. For so many years, women have driven the flows of the Beauty/Grooming Market. (meaning you get to use what we like) And I can promise you that Men's shaving troubles were looked upon with a passing glance, because how could your shaving ritual even begin to compare with the square footage that Women must shave!!!!!! For most Women, the thought is "What's the big Deal"....even I used to think that way. Shaving is just shaving...right? (shame, shame bad girl)
Until I sent out my first few batches of shaving cream!! that were'nt right Up until that time, if it made a good lather in a bowl, and I washed my hands with it and it seemed OK...well then, it must be OK, right?? NOT...
Thats when I learned that our skin is very different, what works on our legs DOES NOT work on your face; The lather requirements are like Black and White in comparison, and the acid mantle of your facial skin compared to the skin on our legs is the distance between the Sun and the Moon.
As I have come to learn what Men have had to put up with for their shaving requirements, why I almost feel a bit "protective"...lol. I go around these days preaching to Women regarding their Man's shaving requirements, and its interesting that many Women just sorda blow me off, while the other half say "your kidding me right?"....and then they become concerned.
I can promise you, the Men's skincare market is Changing...Big Time!! All of the major skincare companies who have fed off of the Beauty rituals of Women....now see you! kinda like fresh meat...lol. Another year or two, you'll have so many products to choose from you won't know what to do.
and on that note, I'm off to write something about Commercial Soapmaking.
XXWarm Regards, Colleen

They're just repackaging and renaming women's products like shower gels, facial cleansers and facial creams with more masculine or soapy scents. The current revolution is more marketing based than r&d based. That's why I appreciate your efforts in really developing quality products for men.
