    I have a #13 with ugly "Filarmonica Doble Temple" etched on the blade. That is it, nothing else on the tang with black plastic handle. It shaves well though.

    Thanks for your input, this razor definitely looks odd. I have contacted the vendor with my concerns and he has graciously agreed to take it back.
