Please listen to the other members. I bought one when I first started getting the bug for straight razors, thinking I was getting a fairly nice looking blade for a good price. I now use it as a knife to open boxes and that's about it. It won't take an edge and I wouldn't try shaving with it even if I was paid. Originally Posted by ECD

Listen to the advice given above. Read before you buy. See what people on the site are shaving with. It may not be the razor you're looking at. At that price there may be other alternatives that you may want to look at. Study first then buy!
