George Wostenholm 7/8"
Just received this from ebay. The pictures from the bay were yellow in colour so the razor didn't look that good but I took a gamble and it's the most expensive razor, aside from the razors I've had restored. Also it's the biggest I own. I have one that's just under 7/8" and this is right on, if not a little over.

Oh how lovely!!
Interestingly, I probably wouldn't have looked twice at this one - 'cause I look for restorable razors to work on.
How wrong I would have been.
I think this is the first one I've seen with such a hollow grind in the wider blades.
I like it a lot.
Let us all know how it shaves and know, in your heart, that we would all like to have it.....hehehehe

The scales leave me cold but it's a nice blade. Looks to me like it may have been even bigger when new. Enjoy!

The scales wouldn't be my first pick. I usually like darker scales, but it was a 7/8" and I like the Geo Wostenholm blades. I have four including this one now and the other three are great. I wanted a 8/8 or bigger but when I seen this come up, for some reason I had to have it. I'm really happy with it. At some point I may change the scales, but they're nice enough for now anyway.

Thanked: 884Nice looking razor.
It is unusual to see a full hollow of that size. Ought to be fun.
