Yes Solingen steel is great but the way Ed. Wusthoff temper their steel is really quite exceptional IMHO
I am yet to try a Carl Wustoff.

I shave with this razor this morning, real singing blade, you almost can count the wiskers when you cut them. I finish it on thuringian, and the shave was very smooth, even ATG. Even now , after more than 12 Hrs , the face is very clean, wich is unusual for me . I get a grow back in 8-9 hrs, no matter what.
I can compare the shaving of this blade with the shave of the feather blades, after 2-3 shaves.Very sharp but smoot and precise. I will post more toughts , after one month , I will shave with this razor every 3 days, to see how the edge is resist. BTW I have a very wire like beard. I am sure it will be like any Wosthoff razor.

After couple months, the razor still perform , I did a touch up, and is back in rotation. If you can find one , get it.Very fine steel, can take a edge like the best razors. Somehow I compare this razor with a MK 32 steel, just finer grind.
    Regards
