Yes all the razors they have marked as 3/8 will measure as 4/8 from spine to edge.
I have/had owned all of these Filarmonicas at some stage and all of them marked as 3/8 will measure as 4/8 spine to edge.
The No.11 for cutting hair (para corte cabello) measures 5/8 from tip to spine and the size of the Henckels marked as 5/8 appears to be the same as the No.11 "4/8"

What I don´t understand is this H Eicker Biedermeier which is stamped as 3/8 but measures 4/8:-

For that matter I have a NOS No.14 stamped as 7/8 which measures 8/8
