Thread: Look What I Got!

Gents - I thought this was going to be another run of the mill eBay razor that was ok but you know... it may or may not make it into the rotation. I stand before you now about to gush - take note.

This little $23.00 blade is the smoothest blade I have ever had after honing it just once! If silver steel is this smooth - I have a new focus! Wow!! Just wow. I found that one : ).

Ok - that's enough lol -> if you ever see one around though, buy it! Here it is as it was today before the shave. Stropped on Roo, removing a nice AoS sandalwood uber lather.

Glad you found one of those "Wow" razors, David. Way to go.

Reminds me of my Oak Wing shave this morning following Glen's "drop 2 and go" honing touch-up suggestion. That edge was amazingly sharp and smooth!
