Thread: Information on a Henckels?

Friodurs are good stuff for sure. One of mine is marked the same way, never quite understood the 72 1/2 marking. I have other Henckels which have model numbers (like the one listed above) but this is the only one including a fraction.

I too, have Henckels with a similar mark. Mine has 50 1/2 stamped perpendicular to the manufacturer name stamp. Never have understood what it menat.
