Default The $&#^<> Jinx Razor aka "The Vampire"

Does anyone else have one of these razors. No matter what you do, it insists on drawing blood. Mine is a 13/16 muted square point Henckels that refuses to go back in the case without tasting blood.

I have re-honed it, sent it out to be honed, tried it with different creams/ soaps, different pre-shave preparations and even went so far as muting the tip of the square point. I have 14 razors in my rotation, including another Henckels and two (different brands) of 13/16 that I can shave with without any bloodletting. The only thing I haven't done is change the scales. I do not want to do this as the scales are original and give a classic look to an old razor.

    Any suggestions?
