Its just something in the design that simply does not agree with my shaving technique.

I shave with a different razor every day and I also have a few that like blood. I have found that the razors that like blood have a smoother and sharper edge that most of the others and if I'm not careful with it I get some blood. If you can stand the blood, shave with the thirsty one for a week or so till you get used to the razor's feel and develop the proper technique for the razor.
