I saw one on fleabay for a minimum bid of $10 or so shipped. I bid on it thinking I would surely be outbid, but I was not. Turns out the seller refused to ship it claiming it was "lost". It was clear he just didn't get a high enough bid to make the transaction worthwhile. I'm kinda glad now that I didn't get it. Sounds like it would have been more trouble than it was worth.

Sounds like the roadblock is your customs. Have you tried appealing the ruling as long and hard as that may be?

No. but i tried to buy form ebay.com but i didnt get that ..heard that customs not allowed
