We really don't discuss prices on the forum but if you hit the classifieds or the vendor section you can fire off some e-mails and PM's to those of us that do the work and get some price quotes...

    Default Questions about antique razors

I appreciate it guys. I'll start looking. I don't have any stones for honing (fingers crossed I get the nani set from srd and a DMT for lapping) and maybe I'll try to restore one. Thanks for the help

My question for you is, is it worth it to get these razors restored. Are they a known brand that is worth anything. I would post pics but I don't use a computer and there is no way to do it from my iPhone.
You have to change the forum's style changer. It's all the way down on the left hand side ... just change it to something other than 'Mobile'.

Err ... I was wrong ... just tap on the 'Full Site' link.

My bet that the scales that this razor had where the ones that smelled bad Looks like Checker type cellialoid (sp) scalls just starting to rot. Good call on tossing them

You are correct. The scales came from this one, and smelled of disgusting feet. But both razors scales were in bad shape. The razors wouldn't close correctly on either.
