Thread: I want a Custom where do I start

I have put together some where's around 10k and want a one off custom razor my problem is which blades smith to make it there is some part of all of them I like. Can all of you that have ine or two please point me in the wright direction.i really like my Hart Steels so I don't care if its gold washed or noy jumps are nice anyways please throw in your option thanks

Robert Williams, Mastro Livi, and Charlie Lewis come to mind. If you know what you want take a look at their work and maybe ask whichever most appeals to you about your pet project. If you have 10k to spend you could get one from each of them and still have most of your $.

Maximilian makes razors second to none.

Slam, some of the makers tend to specialize or stay somewhat restricted on configuration. Here, I'm thinking mostly of grind, but some also restrict themselves to size. Your preferences here, might steer you towards some makers.
The only customs I've tasted are from Robert Williams. I love 'em both & have and SRD version on order. Did I say I love them?
If you like BIG blades, you might want to talk to Robert Allman (sp) at OCD razors.
Also, I hear good things from owners of Ben's blades (milemarker60??).
