Hi Got an email asking for information about Carver Razor Works Pittsburgh No.B.700. razor.
Absolutely Nothing on the net however I have searched!
If any one can help I & the owner would be very grateful

Actually, it's "Garver Razor Works". Which really makes me scratch my head considering that my step family are Garvers and I'm from the Pittsburgh area originally. I wonder if there's some sort of family connection...

My best guess is that it must have been a local small business that operated during Pittsburgh's steel days. Considering that Andrew Carnegie didn't become a major player until the late 1880's, I'd say that this razor was likely produced somewhere in the early to mid 20th century.
