Thanked: 3164Well that's five consecutive posts about the steel - how about the maker, Djorr?

Thanked: 4249Interesting razor for sure, Looks to me to be of fine quality, no comments on steel Mr. Miller might bite my head off. When you search for Djorr all the results are in italian, and interestingly the 2 razors pictured have etching on them and one of them looks like its etched in italian as well "Per Barba?".
One of the old ebay listed a Djorr razor with the box, the box was from Rudolf Schmidt with italian writing on it as well.

Did a search on Rudolf Schmidt and found a few trademark from his company with italian names like Bambola and others.
Could it be that Schmidt made razors for Italian market under a different name like Djorr perhaps?

Rudolf Schmidt company was founded in 1883. They used brand name: "Il Vero Rasojo Antisettico", and commercial marks: Azzaria, Bambola and Selecta.
"Djorr" looks like a monogram or something like this.Alex Ts.
