I could not find MAAS in the Netherlands, so I went with HG. Cheap and effective, I reckon you should be able to find it in Belgium too. There's Autosol too, comes highly recommended. Keep an eye on the etch, mine faded somewhat after quite some polishing. You could stick some tape on it to prevent that.
As for honing, I think you have two options. Either send it out to be honed, or read a lot about hones and end up buying a 1K bevel setter, without which you could spend literally hours trying to get a proper bevel, and a 4K/8K Norton or equivalent for sharpening and finishing. If you choose for buying hones, be willing to spend quite some money on those!

Thanked: 3Laurens great post!
I will send off and have it done professionally and save the practice for either another razor, or for when the time comes to touch up this one.
Thanks!

You are most welcome! When you venture into honing yourself, do buy a practice razor, and do not let your "main" razor touch a hone until you are sure your honing skills are up to it. It's much easier to ruin a fine blade than hone a blunt one.
Good luck and I look forward to see pictures of the result!
