    Personally I think you should see a doc and get it sewn up right. The wound should be cleaned well and either stitches applied or skin bonded. I don't beleive they are using generic CA glue though. It would be fairly logical to think they are applying something more sterile.

    No matter what you choose to do, I hope it heals quickly and smoothly for you.

    Actually the hospitals are using a incredibly expensive medical CA glue that just happens to be made by the same company we get the cheep stuff from at the corner drugstore.

    The real trick with deep cuts is the sterilization, making sue the wound is clean and all the cleaning agent itself is removed from the wound. Thats the nice thing about the ER if they clean it any infection is their fault, if you clean it and get infected later...
