Thanked: 30The place is called "Franky's" - three blocks up hill behind the Sheraton. I dont know any of the street names. It's on the corner of a small park that has a fountain, closer to Fort Cristabal - there is a Hatain Craft store on the same street.
The remaining razors are all garbage. If you are looking for some brushes or mugs he has a few.
