The main problem as I see it is no communication! The items I recieved are great so far, the strop is excellent and will probably out live me, the brush is pretty good seeing as it only cost me $20....

Glad I ordered before reading this. First seen them on ebay and sent message, no answer figured glitch, ordered from there site, a brush and Big Daddy strop, everything took about a week no problem....
