That finger looked pretty nasty, not surprised you need an orth surgeon, little beyond the powers of a Styptic pen, some Polysporin and...

Great tip is if you get a cut, use a little Polysporin or something like that, heals quicker and cleaner.....

I've had cut which I would consider worthy of COTD, was with a razor that came shave ready, I knew it probably wouldn't be, but the excitement grabbed me and off I went. Nice little slice on the left...

Lynn A, founder of this site, has a great tip for this. Use some Polysporin or similar type of cream on the cut, it's heals much quicker and much cleaner...works for me.
