Just a thought, oil separation occurs with this product. You might want to put the tube in a tall travel coffee mug and pour hot water over it so that the cream becomes more homogenized.

Granted, I did find it at Whole Foods, but I'd recommend trying Eckerd. That's where I found mine. I got mine on sale, but the regular price was still cheaper than what you'd find at Whole Foods.
