Thumbs up Sun August 11th - Sat August 17th

    Location: 36° 0'5"N - 115° 15' 21"W
    Razor: C.V. Heljestrand Stainless
    Brush: Thäter
Lather: Edwin Jagger pre shave + sandalwood
    Astringent: Thayers Witch Hazel
    Nourishing: Edwin Jagger Sandalwood

Result: I've been using the Edwin Jagger pre shave cream lately and before tossing my own 2 cents on the performance, I wanted to make sure it was worth purchasing. I have to say for me personally it's a gift from heaven considering I have very sensitive skin. It has given me the smoothest, closest and irritation free shaves ever. Each and every shave has been flawless. As to the razor itself. Talk about a sharp stainless steel Swedish razor!

Another early bird SOTD. Going out again to party hard tonight and if it's a repeat from last night I won't be home before sunrise. It is Vegas after all.

    Enjoy the new week gents!

    Default TOBS and Lucky Tiger

    Razor: Pumeto 6/8
    Brush: 24mm silvertip custom
Prep: Hot Shower - Lucky Tiger Face Wash
Lather: TOBS Jermyn Street Collection Shaving Cream
    Scuttle: Georgetown Pottery G20 Opal
Post: Lucky Tiger After Shave Face Conditioner
    Edc: TOBS Eton College Collection

Result: A fantastic, calm, easygoing shave today. The combination of TOBS and Lucky Tiger always brings a smile to SWMBO, which brings a smile to me. The razor performed very well, and a 3 pass, warm shave was wonderful. (The G20 was a recent BD Gift. )

    Have a great Sunday everyone!

    Prep = None
    Soap - Kiss My Face
    Brush - Muhle XL synthetic
Strop - Neil Miller 3 inch Cordovan leather/English linen
    Razor - Malteser
    Post - Alum block
AS - Aqua Velva Ice Blue

Cold water face lathered shave. The Kiss My Face is a very good soap Too bad it was buried in the women's cosmetics where the wife found it. I think the are missing the boat and should market a version called Kiss My A== for the men's shaving section. It is too good a soap to be missed.

    Razor – Adamantine Edge
    Brush – Pixelfixed custom boar
    Soap – Green Mountain Cheaha
    AST – OSMA Alum
AS – Geezer Wheezers Homemade Bay Rum- w/Tonka bean infusion

This was a light restoration the blond horn scales are clean and intact with no flea bites. The blade was what I was after, no pitting was present. The Adamantine smiling wedge honed up nice and even with no tape. A great vintage shaver brought back for a pleasant wedge shave.
    Have a nice week!
