Thanked: 485Friday
Razor | Joseph Elliot | Superlather | Mike’s Natural Pine and Cedarwood | After Shave | Tabac
It’s been like FIVE days since I had a shave! I've been flat out decorating, bouldering and going to the gym, so no time for a shave at all. My holidays come to an end after Sunday, and I’ll be almost happy to go back to work to relax.
The shave was a very nice bedroom shave at my shave stand thingy with my newest razor, the Joseph Elliot near wedge. The superlather is a really great mix; you should try it.
Tomorrow is bouldering again, and Sunday it’s Joel’s (my youngest son) 16th birthday. Hope you’ve all been well and have been having excellent shaves!
Carl

Another quality shave from Jamie. Have to say, I think I notice the difference between this razor and the Boker from yesterday. Whilst both have superlative edges, I just found the shave much easier with the No. 24 - perhaps I need heavier grinds??
Razor: No. 24 Heljestrand
Brush: travel brush in bristle
Pre-shave: Proraso cream before, and between every pass
Soap: Proraso
Post-shave: Alum, cold shower, witch hazel then Harris.
