Soap : Mitchell's Wool Fat
Brush : Progress Vulfix 404
Razor : 1870 C.V.Heljestrand frameback
Post : Nivea moisturising balm
Finish : Good
Comments :
Day 2 of an unofficial MWF testing, and it's still producing good lather if I use the 3 30-second loadings method. I can't remember the brush that MWF didn't behave with, the last time I did a week of using the soap, but I'm pretty sure it was the 404... with behaved as desired this time. I even reverted back to bowl lathering, with no signs of the thin and watery lather MWF used to produce.
Also, the Ice Bear 1K/6K hone arrived yesterday, so now I've no excuse for having breadknifed straight razors.~ Dave ~ ... back to lurking...
