11-06-2013, 03:55 PM #84Razor: Silver Plated Jacob Schick "Type B, 1926-27" Soap: Williams, Mug: Vintage, Brush "Stag" badger,Splash: NOS Mennen
The Day? Bright with a dusting of snow on the ground. The Shave? I thought it went well, I enjoyed the process and the tools! A very assertive shaver, it be!! Push, Pull, Click, Click with a vengeance!
Jacob Schick "Type B" 1926 used thru WWII. The modern injector blades still work in her but a bit of a hassle to load. They can be installed into the magazine in the handle and used as they were then. The head folds against the handle and the jimp'd knob on the end is the "push pull click click."
The fun of trying things makes the day go a bit better and quicker!

Today a wow shave.
Last week i honed my new Le grelot at that time he dont shave well, combination with acca kappa soap. After that shave i tryed him 2 more times. With te same bad result.
So today im was going back from 1000grit up to 12000grit.
I tryed him with some Arko cream, like a knife through butter,
A simple prep, a splash hot water
Arko cream
Le Grelot
As none.
Have a nice day.

Thanks for the compliment. She's even more beautiful in person.
As for your question...No Joe. I've had it for quite awhile. So long, in fact, that I don't remember exactly where I obtained it during one of my periodic fits of RAD.
I just haven't gotten around to using it that much.
