Happy Friday All!!!
I did this shave last night but was too tired to post. I'm feeling a bit "under the weather", tired, and seem to be dealing with a bout of melancholy for the last few days.
Here's the Thursday Evening SOTD.
Soap: Stirling Soaps - Lemongrass & Cajeput
Brush: Geoff Anderson Silvertip
Razor: Gillette Slim Adjustable (set to 4 for first WTG pass, and 5 for a ATG pass and touch-up)
Blade: Gillette 7 o'clock super platinum
Astringent: Thayer's Original With Aloe
Aftershave: Stirling Soaps - Lemon Chill
Have a good weekend everyone!
Jonathan

Thanked: 0Prep: hot shower
Razor: G. Wostenholm & Son CANUCK
Razor: WW2 Gillette Khaki
Blade: Feather (day 3)
Brush: Wilkinson Sword
Soap: Proraso white tub
Passes: 3 (WTG x2, XTG)
Post: cold water, Proraso blue
I didn't use the straight on my neck today, but I did get in two passes on my face, WTG and XTG. Almost made it nick free, but it turns out the straight doesn't like my mole...
I also switch hands today. It wasn't as awkward as I though it would be, but will take some getting used to.

This is shave number 5 with the straight. Improved stropping technique and a better grasp of the correct angles needed have made this a quicker and more enjoyable process.
