Broken leg - end of week two and still stool-top shaving. If the sink was just a foot and a half lower it'd be darn near perfect.
A simple shave -
Hot shower - teak stool, leg bagged
Proraso preshave - love the menthol
Semogue 1305 - boar never boring
Mitchell's Wool Fat - so silky smooth
Cold water on the brush - lather perfect
The fake-Torrey 5/8 half-hollow - notched
A little touch up with the Rolls Razor - yes!
Cold water rinse; and
a splash of fake-Thayer Lemon Aloe witch hazel
Pinaud Clubman talcum-powder smell after shave.
Have a great Friday and a fine weekend, gentlemen."We'll talk, if you like. I'll tell you right out, I am a man who likes talking to a man who likes to talk."

Hot water prep
Blazeku Budapest razor - Crabtree & Evelyn Nomad soap - New Forest Tubby badger brush - cold water splash - Thayer's witch hazel resplash - Truefitt & Hill 1805 balm - hot towel - shower - Pitralon original '60's after shave
This blade... I just had to use it again. Stropped on the Scrupleworks Horween for a good number of laps, the razor came out even nicer than last time. Silky sticky smooth in two wonderful passes and I'm happy, relaxed and ready for the weekend. Shave enjoyed to the tunes of Lee Konitz "at Storyville" (1954). The man still performs at 86...
No sting from the Pitralon, which is a compliment, because that stuff is nuclear in terms of alcohol content...
Have a great weakend Gentlemen!
