    I know; the scuttle seems useless with a cold shave. But it's the perfect size for lathering; not so useless after all!

    Shaved as shown...



    Working off the barstool shave station:

    Soap and cold water prep; cold water rinse
    Proraso preshave metholated whatever it is
    Lucky Tiger lathered in the mighty melamine bowl
    Monster Omega synthetic brush - can't believe it's synthetic
    Three passes with no-name half-hollow old 4/8 - smooth and quiet
    Cold water rinse and witch hazel + lemon/aloe
    Splash of Pinaud classic talc-smelling stuff.
    That well worn Torrey look-alike razor is fantastic - no beard, no burn.

    A great after midnight shave with an unusual cleaver from Hungary.
