Thanked: 4Back to the 50s!
Razor 1: Gillette Flare Tip TTO Super Speed B2, made in 1956
Razor 2: Case Red Imp 132 Wedge
Brush: Every-Ready C-40, boar bristle
Mug: Vintage Old Spice
Soap: Mama Bear's Aged Spice (Old Spice scent)
Aftershave: Old Spice Classic (if you dad hadn't worn it, you wouldn't be here!)
Not shown: Oil of Olay classic moisturizer
Comments: This was a fun, nostalgic shave. Felt familiar from my youth!
The Every-Ready is as stiff as I remembered.
The Mama Bear's soap is glycerin based and one of my favorites. It produces a great lather and stays wet on the face like it should. The scent is perfect Old Spice.
I had to use the Oil of Olay prior to the Old Spice aftershave because Old Spice is heavy on alcohol and dries the skin. Smells awesome, though!

UGLY RAZOR/GREAT SHAVE DAY 6:
W. Greaves & Sons stubtail wedge (Scales broken, finish cracking, blade "well-patina'd". Again, with original scales and pins, I couldn't bring myself to replace them. The scale damage is purely cosmetic, and does not effect stropping or shaving, at which it truly excels.)
