Quick shave with this 7/8 full hollow Dubl Duck. A few passes on the leather and the edge was perfect. Lignum Vitae and Ivory Badger Brush, Cade Soap, aluminum and Lilac Vegetal finish. (Ivory is under the suds).

This Diamond razor has been with me a long time, and is still a favorite ..

The scales on that H Diamond are outstanding! I'm on the hunt for a nice H Diamond, and if I found one with those scales, there would be smoke coming off of it I'd have it in my collection so fast. Some of the Japanese makers were sending out some funky (1970's funky, so...good!) colored scales. I've seen some gorgeous King Pelican scales as well...

I used to see these 8000 models fairly frequently, but not so anymore..

But, I'll keep my eyes peeled, and if I find one, I'll keep you in mind!
