I know this is complete blashpheme but if (perish the thought) I could only own one razor, I think it would be a Merkur Slant.

Today I got to shave with a new addition to the stable.
A Tim Zowada 6/8 in Damascus steel.
It is named "Hannah's razor" As it was designed by Tim and his daughter Hannah.
Scales are a lovely Mother of Pearl.
    Software was all Xpec today.

Very much ready for the weekend after this grand shave.

6/8? Did you convert from your stable of (x)large specimen? Did the maca root and chai seeds get to you? I'm impressed . Congrats btw with your new toy.

    Thanks, Max!
I don't discriminate anyone based on size
It may be a tad smaller than most of my customs, but every bit the shaver!
But yeah, the whole super-food thingy does seem to affect me.

    Good Morning Gents!

Some newly acquired grooming "extras" from a vendor arrived yesterday and I incorporated them into my morning sink and shower time... Speick soap, Speick Deo Stick, and DR Harris Spearmint toothpaste.

First shave with this controversial razor. Amazingly it took a wonderful edge and was a great shave. Big step in my restoration/honing learning curve with this one. Took lots of dremel work to the shoulders and I sanded it completely from 100 grit up to 2500.

The Barrister & Mann, this is my second flavor, it certainly provides a unique, incredibly enjoyable shaving experience. Of the soaps I have tried, this soap stands out as both delivering in the lathering department, providing a great volume of lather with a thick cushion, while the fascinating blend of scents combined with the lanolin and Shea butter both treats the nose and the skin to a fantastic experience. Highly recommended!
