The Day? Cool and rainy 53ºF /12ºC. The Shave? Meh! YMMV! The razor clogged easily and did not like my usual lather which has proven fine for straights and safety razors. I had to rinse the head after almost every stroke, Then I thinned the lather and it wanted to dry immediately but the razor would shave then. A really long time to get a good shave..PHtttt! Have to buy the Shave Gel to get useful shaves? Five bucks for the special cartridges? How long till needing a new battery?
The only good thing about the shave was the art picture I added to improve the area's ambiance.
The Gillette is going back 70 some years to a vibrating head made by Stahly and others from previous designs. The other razor in the photo is a Stahly. For my face the best DE head in existence.

This newly restored razor by Max is quite a looker with clear scales and polished to perfection. It shaves even better than it looks.
