Wednesday Evening Shave
Razor--Henry Sears 3/8 square point. Blade length 2-1/4" long.
Hone--Coticule.
Strop--SRD Premium 1 10 laps on premium fabric and 50 laps on leather.
Soap--Creamo
Mug--None with Creamo, I face lather.
Brush--A badger that should have been left in the wild eating rodents and digging holes.
Aftershave--5 drops EVOO and a dab of Mennen Afta.
Result--Standard three pass WTG, XTG, and ATG. BBS shave but true to form this little razor nicked me just like it has every time I did a full shave with it in the last 30 years. It must be demon possessed. From now on I'll be using the thing for what it was intended and that is trim work around my moustache. Next shave I'll be using my John Doe no name 7/8 and a BOAR brush.
