Great shave this early afternoon.
Went to visit my uncle and auntie in San Rafael, CA, yesterday. (About 100 miles north of us). Took us about 1 hour 45 minutes to get there.
Chillaxing drive. Nice way to spend the entire day.
So I slept-in today, and I’m still enjoying my weekend with the family.
Heck, I still have a little over 2.5 weeks left of my vacation. ❤️❤️
Anyhoo...I decided to go with “The Captain” today. His “Sandalwood” scent to be specific.
I thought it’d go well with my newly restored Wade & Butcher straight razor. Both are classics.

BLADE: Feather DE
PREP: Cold water rinse followed by a scrub with Argan Oil
BRUSH: Rooney Ebony Badger
SOAP: Mitchell’s Wool Fat
POSTSHAVE: Cold water wash with brush squeezings followed by Humphreys Lilac WH. Finished with Aqua Velva (Spanish Version) and A&E Post-Shave Serum.-Jeff
