Awesome shave this super early morning.
I had not shaved in two days, so today was a nice test to see the effectiveness of my Herr Aust straight razor.
Don’t know why, but I spontaneously chose PAA’s “Blue Samhain”. (An autumn/winter scent).
Shave was so smooth.
Lather whipped-up like super creamy yogurt, and Herr Aust plowed through the two day stubble.
Such a smooth and exceptional post-shave feeling. And throw-in a smidgen of balm afterwards...and “Nirvana”.
There’s nothing that can beat the non-irritating shave of a straight razor. And matched with a great balm, it’s a pretty luxurious feeling.
My day started-out awesome.
Straight: Ralf Aust 7/8”
DE: Carbon Shaving CX-316L (head shave)
Lather: PAA “ Blue Samhain”
Balm: Wholly Kaw “Bare Naked” (unscented)
Splash: PAA “Blue Samhain”
Brush: Wolf Whiskers (Shavemac Silvertip)
