Super shave this early morning.
A few months ago, Scott (from Captains Choice), contacted me to give my opinion on a new “fougere” scent profile he was working on.
He sent me a few unmarked sample vials in a “blind test” to get my opinion on the different scents.
I believe it eventually became his new “Land Ho” scent.
Anyhoo, I pulled-out the nearly 200-year old Wade & Butcher I restored, and paired it with everything unscented. (Unscented soap, and unscented balm). And then I finished with one of the fougere sample splashes he sent me.
Super slick soap, crazy nice balm, and a fantastic fougere scent.
Wifey loved it!

DE: Carbon Shaving Cx-316L (head shave)
Lather: Southern Witchcrafts “Incorporeal”
Balm: Captains Choice “Unscented”
