I have an affinity for larger blades (I know I'm not the only one). As a result, I'm going to sell my other Wostenholm "Peerless". So, check the classifieds for pictures!

Thanked: 363Gugi, Sacrilege!!
I'm sure the shave was exactly like the tool used, predictable, boring, detached, and I'm talking about the shaver not the Mach3...hehe...;o)
I haven't shaved with a DE in over 8 months, and a cartridge in over 3 years.
Today's shave:
Simmons Barber's Pet recently re honed to .5u diamond
Bentley Scuttle
TGQ Cavendish Black scuttle soap.
Silvertip in Puter.
Shaveden After shave milk
Result: BBS a few weepers.
cheers
D

Thanked: 293The Kissing Cranes do not disappoint!
11/16 R. Klaas "AM"
Tabac SS
Rooney 3/1
Tabac AS
Tabac really is the best.
BBS every time with my Robert Klaas. This thing is unbelievable. 4 months shaving regularly with it and today was the first time I hit a Swaty and some CeOx on leather, 50 laps on canvas, 50 on horse, and it's brand new again. Squeegee. 2 passes, BBS.

Today it was kind of a "mix"!
Hot Shower
1st Pass (WTG):
-Filarmonica Medallon Taurino 6/8 square point (what else..so easy to hone and so smooth..that i cant stop using her..and the sound...gggreeaatt one!)
-Eyre triple action facial scrub (very goood)
-Susanne Kaufmann shower gel with warm watter (this is awsome..it leaves your face with a light pre-shave oil)
-Baxter Brush
-Taylor Sandalwood Shaving Stick
-444 alum block
-444 stick
2nd Pass (WTG and ATG under chin):
(most job already been done by the Filly)
-DD Wonderedge spick point
-Baxter Brush
-Mr. Taylor Shaving cream (with muehle my favourite so far)
-444 alum and stick
Susanne Kaufmann Aftershave balm
Result: very nice..but with no time for a good pict.

Well i thought i'd give it a try since it's been years.
I wasn't impressed and the problem seems to be the angle of the blades. It works, but my face doesn't like it much. Plus my stublle is back much quicker than with a straight.
I'll be back home in a couple of days so it'll be good again.
